Lab Hank
Laboratory hank dyeing machine. Apparatus with hydrostatic cabines to dye from 1 to 5 kg of yarn in hanks, construction in AISI 316L.
The machine is a parallelepiped with a little vat for exclusion of air and foam; the bottom is inclined and the door is closing watertight with safety device.
Series of grooves draw the sides of the vat to lad skeins with different reels.
The vat is supplied with coils for indirect steam heating and with grids on the bottom for perfect difusion of dyeing bath; small product tank with pipes to add dye stuff and chemicals with automatic valves to inject and fill/ drain the tank.
All valves are with flanges. Sampling device.
